It was wild, wet and windy (and that was just the bus trip there!)
Ladies Day at the Northam Race Club in an annual event which will surely be remembered this year when a certain two filly's from our group paraded their style on the diaz along with the local Red Hat Ladies (the groovy shoes are a long story, oh and the video clip is still to come!)
The buzz was electric, which horse, what theme to pick: by colours, by form, by name, by dare I say it 'the jockey with cutest? ??'
Some won some extra $$$'s from studying the 'form guide' some of us just guessed and enjoyed watching the 'form'..
Thanks to everyone for coming along and for preparing one of the best feasts to grace the Northam marquees, to Brian for a tremendous effort arranging the day and to Derek for getting us all safely there and back.
