Sunday 17th Breakfast and Archery

The Indian Summer just keeps rolling along!
What a stunning morning in the middle of May.
Breakfast was enjoyed by all at Landsdale Farm.
There was a huge choice of breakfasts/drinks and between us all, think we tried them all!!!!!!
Tis a great place to take family, friends etc as they serve meals and have a small farm attached with animals of different sizes and shapes.... the baby lamb got it's share of ooooh, ahhhh's!!!!

After our hearty breakfast, we went along to a group favourite, archery, located in the Shooting Complex Grounds on Beechboro Road.

The man that runs the complex is more than happy to show everyone how to fit their arm guards and enjoys demonstrating how to (and not to) hold the bow and arrow!!!

Watch out Robin Hood or was that William Tell?

The group lined up and having a few practice shots before hitting the range..

Fun and a bit of friendly rivalry!!

And a bit of family rivalry too!!

After our hearty breakfast and a few hours wandering around in the sunshine trying to shoot that elusive bullseye, we re-grouped and spent a lazy couple of hours at Edgecome Brothers Winery on the cnr of Gnangara and West Swan Roads.
Here saw some rather large wine tasting glasses, some awesome milkshakes and bowls of icecream (complete with Liquor Muscat topping) devoured and enjoyed by all.
As always another great day out with fabulous friends.
Thanks to Rob for organising the day.
