What a lovely winter's day, meandering up Greenmount Hill to the very picturesque township of Mundaring.
Though named the 'Truffle Festival' there were general market stalls and some local produce sellers with some wonderful tempting tasting plates and plenty of people to sample them too...!!!
Some opted to stay at the festival and try the wine tasting........... we hear on good authority there are a few good wines to be tried in full size bottles now!!

The rest followed the winding road to the Mundaring Weir Hotel.
Always a favourite on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The local 'Bush Band' played, the meals were great value and sizes that more than fill your plate and the biggest of apetites!
