What a fabulous afternoon/evening..
After what was certainly a 'warm' day, the green lawns and shade at
Swanbank Bar and Cafe made a welcome sight.
Those that arrived early had a bit of fun as the
Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm had some well, cuddly (and not so cuddly) animals on display.
Didn't take long for a few of us to jump the fence, grab a bottle and starting feeding the kids (as in baby goats!!) and the sheep. Forgive me for all the animal pics, but it was fun!

As the evening drew near, most of decided to order the house specialty - the $9.00 BBQ.
Yes a feed of steak, chips and coleslaw and your choice of mushroom and/or pepper gravy!
Some chose the Ceasar Salad option and thoroughly enjoyed that too.
The food is always great, service behind the bar always friendly and we always have a great time.
There is even a 3 piece band that plays during the late afternoon, some of our braver souls got up to bear their souls on the dance floor!!
Thanks to everyone that came along to make another great event,
welcome to new member Tracey and thanks to Mark for organising
