Well I think we could all be forgiven for thinking that winter is never going to get here.. yet another glorious day out with a very warm 22 degrees!!
A group of 20 of us braved the public transport and caught the train to Mandurah..once we arrived we boarded the shuttle bus into Mandurah central...
How convenient that right in front of the bus stop is Murphy's Irish Pub...oh and foreshore of course!!!
A few beers later and off we went to the Brighton Hotel for lunch. They were very accomodating and let us use mulitple Entertainment Book Vouchers which proved to be a saving for some.
As always the laughter, the conversation and the drinks flowed freely!!
The meals were a winner and the size serves filled even those with the biggest of appetites.
A great time was had by all, then we ambled back to the bus stop and got back on the train for our return journey. Think the train guards thought they had a group of school kids on-board with all the noise we were making, talking about the day and planning our next outings!
