BBQ/Picnic at Joel Tce, East Perth - Sunday 7th November, 2010

A fine but a little coolish day greeted those club members who made their
way to Banks Reserve East Perth for a picnic

We set ourselves down close to the waters edge and enjoyed the views across the river to Belmont Park Racecourse. Apart from all the wildlife swimming around, there was also a
lot of power boats and yachts on the water.

Most people took advantage of the free bbq's to cook up a delicious array of steaks and sausages.

Aly recently bought a box of Bocce balls, so it wasn't long before a very
funny game of Bocce was up and running. I doubt the world had ever seen a
game of Bocce played like that before, with balls being thrown under legs,
over shoulders and in many other weird and wonderful ways.
Surprisingly, no toes were broken!!
